You can obtain a Bandage by scavenging it from containers or the environment. It can also be crafted at a Medical Lab level 1 or a Workbench level 1. If you have the In-Round Crafting skill, you can even craft one during a raid. Additionally, you can purchase one from Lance for 750 coins.
