The Tactical Mk. 3 (Revival) is an Augment that helps Raiders stay in the fight and support their teammates. It provides a slow regeneration, restoring 1 health every 5 seconds, though this effect pauses for 30 seconds if you take damage. This Augment also comes with an integrated defibrillator, which has unlimited uses but requires a 240-second cooldown period after each revival.
It can be crafted at Gear Bench level 1 using the 
Tactical Mk. 3 (Revival) Blueprint. The blueprint itself can be obtained by participating in the Locked Gate event. Once crafted, it can be recycled to recover some general resources.
