Challenge Horn is a tier 4 masterwork, crafted at the Smithing Anvil with 1 Dragon Tooth, 5 Bronze Bar and 1 Bloodwood Sap. An ornate dragonkin horn, traditionally used to challenge someone to a duel of honour. Bring it to the dragonkin altar to challenge Velgar.

Cathan’s challenge horn design is a collection of materials hastily thrown together. A dragon’s tooth, carved with dragonkin sigils as well as metal wires used to connect them together – like a spiderweb lattice, glistening with traces of magical power.
When placed in the dragonkin altar, the horn acts as a focus point for the magical power stored within the tower, sending an invisible beacon off into the air, in a perfect draconic pitch.
