The Shield Recharger is a handheld kit used to gradually restore your shield over time. When activated, it recharges 4 shield points per second for 10 seconds, adding up to 40 shield points in total. This amount is enough to fully replenish a 
Light Shield.
Raiders can craft a Shield Recharger at Workbench level 1, which requires a Medical Lab level 1 to be unlocked. Alternatively, it can be crafted directly in your inventory if you have the 'In-Round Crafting' skill. It can also be purchased from Lance for 1,560 coins.
